Zhong Ding Heng Sheng was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 89.11 million yuan. Its main business is the research and development, production and sales of diaphragm compressors and their core components. The diaphragm compressors sold by the company include complete machines and core components, with the sales of complete machines being the main. The diaphragm compressors produced by the company are mainly applied in various fields such as hydrogen and special gas preparation and filling, chemical industry, hydrogen refueling stations, military industry and nuclear power.

In July 2018, the company obtained the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" issued by the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province, the Department of Finance of Anhui Province, and the Anhui Provincial Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration. In July 2021, the company's diaphragm compressor product for hydrogen filling with large volume flow was recognized as the first set of major technical equipment in Anhui Province by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. In December 2022, the company won the championship of the 2022 Hydrogen Energy Specialized, Sophisticated, Characteristic and Innovative Startup Competition. In January 2023, the company was recognized as a "Specialized, Sophisticated, Characteristic and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise in Anhui Province by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. In July 2023, the company obtained the title of a national-level "Specialized, Sophisticated, Characteristic and Innovative" little giant enterprise. In August 2023, the company won the silver award in the "Heli Cup" The 2nd National Machinery Industry Product Quality Innovation Competition of the China Machinery Industry Federation. On September 28, 2023, the company was recognized as the sixth batch of provincial-level service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.

Luo Keqin was born on October 20, 1971 in Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. He is from Guangyuan, Sichuan and of Han ethnicity. He is a non-party personage. In 1994, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from Harbin University of Science and Technology, majoring in mechanical design. He is the founder, chairman and chief engineer of Zhong Ding Heng Sheng Gas Equipment (Wuhu) Co., Ltd.

Luo Keqin graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1994 and entered Beijing No.1 General Machinery Factory, the originator unit of diaphragm compressors in China, as the director of the design office of the Compressor Research Institute. He has mastered a set of mature theories in surface optimization and variable surface design under different working conditions of compression media. In 2008, the research and development of "GD4 Series Large Diaphragm Compressor" won the Third Prize of the Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry. In December 2008, he founded Beijing Zhong Ding Heng Sheng Gas Equipment Co., Ltd.

Since entering the field of diaphragm compressors for thirty years, from an ordinary technician, an advanced employee, a model of technological innovation engineering, leading the compressor business department to obtain various design team honors, to now leading a team of about 500 people in Zhong Ding Heng Sheng, using all his life's learning to cultivate excellent mechanical engineers and striving for a lifetime for the import and overseas expansion of China's machinery manufacturing industry.

Luo Keqin was once selected as one of the top ten brand figures in Anhui and was nominated as an outstanding talent in the superior industries in Wuhu City.

Zhong Ding Heng Sheng has invested 500 million yuan in the Economic Development Zone of Wuhu City to build a hydrogen diaphragm compressor research and development and production project. The project covers an area of 104 mu, with a construction area of 46,000 square meters. The factory area has 5 steel structure workshops covering 28,000 square meters; a hydrogen energy test center of 4,000 square meters with 10 simultaneous tests; a research and development center of 10,000 square meters; and a staff dormitory building of 7,000 square meters.

The company uses the factory building to construct a photovoltaic power generation project. The project selects 580W single crystal high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, with an installed capacity of 2.4MW. The clean electric energy generated by the project can be consumed locally, thereby saving users' electricity bills and reducing traditional power consumption. The project is connected to the 380V low-voltage side of the user's original transformer at a single point with a voltage level of 380V. According to the "self-consumption and surplus electricity grid connection" model, the insufficient electricity is supplemented by the power grid enterprise. The service life of the solar photovoltaic power station construction is 30 years. It is estimated that after completion, the average annual power generation will be 2.25 million kW/h, generating approximately 736.98 tons of standard coal per year on average. At the same time, it will reduce pollution emissions of 611.15 tons of carbon dust, 2,240.14 tons of carbon dioxide, 67.41 tons of sulfur dioxide, and 33.70 tons of nitrogen oxides.

公司利用厂房建设光伏发电项目，项目选用 580W单晶高效光伏组件，安装容量2.4MW。项目所发清洁电能可做到就地消纳，从而节省用户电费减少传统电能消耗。该项目以380V电压等级单点接入用户原变压器380V 的低压侧，根据“自发自用，余电上网”模式，不足电量由电网企业补充。太阳能光伏电站建设使用寿命为30年，预计建成后，平均每年发电量225万kW/h，平均每年约产生736.98吨标准煤，同时减少污染排放611.15吨碳粉尘、2240.14吨二氧化碳、67.41吨二氧化硫、33.70吨氮氧化物。

It can test more than 10 diaphragm compressors simultaneously. It is equipped with hydrogen explosion-proof workshops, hydrogen storage cylinder groups, sequence control systems, hydrogen containers, etc. Using hydrogen as the test medium, it can fully simulate the hydrogen usage conditions at the customer's site.

Under the general environment in the industry where manual assembly is widely relied on, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng took the lead in developing and starting up the automated assembly line, improving the overall assembly technology and level of the industry. The total investment of this line exceeded 20 million yuan. It pioneered the visual recognition and robot automatic installation technology, which was applied in the automatic assembly production line of compressors. The design of the line included 4 inventions and 4 utility model patents. Three non-standard customized robots were used to achieve the assembly and handling of various components. With the assistance of a small number of manual workers, the automatic assembly of links such as crankshaft boxes, middle bodies, crankshafts, and connecting rods was realized.

在行业内普遍依靠人工组装的大环境下，中鼎恒盛率先开发启用自动化装配线,提升行业整体的装配技术及水平，该线体总投资超过两千万元，首创视觉识别及机器人自动安装技术，应用于压缩机自动装配生产线中,线体设计包含 4项发明和4项实用新型专利，采用3台非标定制的机器人来实现各个零部件的组装、搬运，在少量人工的辅助下，实现曲轴箱体、中体、曲轴、连杆等环节的自动组装。

On November 16, 2023, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng participated in the construction of the Hainan Commercial Aerospace Launch Site, and two 45MPa diaphragm compressors passed the factory review. In the future, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng will fully grasp the new development opportunities of the commercial aerospace industry and contribute to the new highland of China's commercial aerospace development.

While promoting the concurrent and resonant efforts of education, technology and talents, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng strengthened collaboration and integration, and established an innovative platform for student assistance to further promote the organic combination of educational innovation, technological innovation and talent cultivation.
