At the industrial site, there is a special "veteran" - the French Burton Corblin diaphragm compressor. It was created in 1989 by the French engineer Henri Corblin and is now owned by the internationally renowned brand Howden. It is almost 40 years old. This machine is exposed to the open air for many years and silently assumes the responsibility of production.

The stable service of industrial equipment is the core cornerstone of continuous production. Although many high-end equipment imported over the years have solid performance foundations, it has gradually become a dilemma due to the discontinuation of the original factory, aging components, and aging designs.

Recently, Zhongding Hengsheng successfully completed the overall renovation and localization of this nearly 40-year-old "veteran", so that the old imported equipment has regained its new life and once again rushed to the production line for stable service.

Before the transformation, it had already shown fatigue: low lubricating oil pressure, oil leakage in oil pipelines, wear at pipeline connections, and increased operating noise. The fuselage itself is already old, coupled with the cluttered layout when it was designed, there is almost no maintenance space reserved, and daily maintenance is difficult.
In order to help customers reduce costs and maintain production, the company's leaders took the lead in setting up a special technical reform team to tailor a full set of domestic repair and optimization plans for the existing shortcomings and historical design defects of the equipment.

When we disassemble this old equipment, the rusty shell and severely aged parts are suddenly in sight, as if to announce that the industrial life of this equipment has come to an end. However, we did not choose to give up. The team replaced the aging parts with localization, re-optimized the pipeline layout, rectified the oil circuit system, repaired the structural defects of the whole machine, synchronously debugged the pressure working conditions, optimized noise reduction, and restored the core performance of the equipment. After systematic precision restoration and technical transformation, the performance indicators of this 40-year-old equipment have been fully restored, and the operating conditions are stable, safe and reliable. It has now been successfully shipped back and put back into production and service.

By replacing the purchase of new machines with technological transformation, we not only awaken the potential value of old equipment, but also help customers reduce costs and ensure continuous production. Every restoration is a tribute to the spirit of industry; every reborn device is a testament to our commitment to our customers.
